Cranaleith is a treasure! I have been a long-time supporter, volunteer, former Board member, and frequent program presenter at this retreat and education center in Northeast Philadelphia. The center is nestled into a gracious 11 acres anchored by a historic original home that once hosted Susan B. Anthony and the suffragists. A sponsored work of the Sisters of Mercy, Cranaleith has welcomed and served over 50,000 guests since it opened in 1998. It offers non-denominational program offerings, meeting space, and a spirit-rekindling environment of hospitality, respect and trust. The welcoming vibe is wonderful and the food is terrific. It's a great place to plan a meeting or team retreat!
In the time of COVID, Cranaleith has moved many of its programs to virtual mode, and looks forward to the opportunity to host groups again in person when public health permits.
Cranaleith offers many creative programs. I and other professional colleagues donate our time to support Master Seminars and Work and Spirit Days. For a full overview of Cranaleith's offerings, go to its website, www.cranaleith.org.
